This website is a private, static website without cookies, without tracking and without a contact form. Here you can read which data is nevertheless processed when you visit, and which rights you have.

2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. The server is located in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Hostinger.
When you access the site, the hosting provider automatically processes technically necessary data in server log files: IP address, date and time of access, file accessed, amount of data transferred, referrer URL as well as browser and operating system. This data is not merged with other data sources and serves exclusively the secure and stable operation of the website, error analysis and the defense against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation).
The log files are deleted after 7 days at the latest, unless they are needed longer to investigate a specific security incident.
3. No cookies, no tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use any analytics, statistics or marketing tools. Fonts, images and film sequences are delivered from my own server; no third-party content is loaded – with the exception of the videos described under item 4, and even those only after your click.
The only things stored locally in your browser are your choice of color scheme (light or dark) and your choice of language, if you use the switches in the header. These settings contain no personal data, are not transmitted to me or to third parties and are required to provide the display you requested (Section 25 (2) no. 2 of the German TDDDG). Nothing else is stored locally.
4. Embedded YouTube videos
The videos (section “jobtastic” and the project “AI Video & Content”) are only loaded after you click the play area (privacy-enhanced mode, youtube-nocookie.com); the preview images are hosted on this server. Only with your click is data transmitted to YouTube (Google Ireland Limited). The legal basis is your consent given by clicking, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.
5. External links
Links to LinkedIn, jobtastic.io and other external sites lead to third-party services; the respective providers are responsible for their data processing.
6. Contact by email or phone
If you write to me by email or call me, I process your details (name, contact data, content of the request) solely to handle and answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the request concerns the initiation or performance of a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering requests). The data is deleted once your request has been fully dealt with and no statutory retention obligations stand in the way.
7. Your rights
You have the right to obtain information about the personal data I hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You may object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. To do so, simply use the contact details above.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The connection to this website is TLS-encrypted throughout (https). Requests via http are automatically redirected to the encrypted connection.
